COACHED IN PRIVATE. CONFIDENT IN PUBLIC.

  • Keynote and main-stage delivery
  • Panel hosting and moderating
  • CEO and leadership presentations
  • First-time stage and camera coaching

The best presenter coaching doesn't try to make someone into a different person on stage. It helps them be more themselves, clearer, calmer, more confident, more themselves at scale. Most stage nerves come from speakers trying to perform a version of someone they're not. Take that pressure away, and what's left is usually pretty good already.

Why Us

THE GOAL ISN'T TO BECOME A PRESENTER. IT'S TO STOP TRYING TO BE ONE.

Most stage coaching makes things worse before it makes them better. People start thinking about where their hands are. Where they should look. How loud to be. How fast to talk. By the time they walk on stage, they're so busy managing the performance that they forget what they were trying to say.

Real coaching strips that away. We're not trying to give someone a presenter's voice,  we're trying to find theirs. Because the speaker who sounds most like themselves on stage is almost always the one the audience trusts.

We work with how the speaker actually talks, thinks and gestures, and shape that into something that lands in a room. Specific, kind, useable feedback. No theatre school exercises. No "imagine your audience in their underwear."

Here's how a coaching project usually comes together.

LISTENING

Working out what the speaker actually does well.

Watching them speak. Live or on video.

Strengths first. What's already working.

Honest weaknesses. Where things slip.

Their actual voice. How they talk in real life.

The brief and stage. Room, format, audience.

COACHING

Practical work, not performance theatre.

Specific feedback. On real moments, not vague notes.

Gestures and pace. Tightened where it helps.

Confidence in pauses. Letting the room breathe.

Reading the room. Adjusting in real time.

Words they own. Phrasing they'd actually say.

LANDING

Ready for the room when it counts.

Tech rehearsal. With cues, content and timing.

Dry runs. Multiple, with notes between each.

Pre-show calm. Last calls that build confidence.

In the wings. A quiet voice they trust.

Post-show notes. For next time, not for now.

WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.

We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here are a few of the projects we've loved making.

Prefer a call? Book a 20-minute discovery call at a time that suits you.

Rather email? studios@premier-ltd.com. Or just ring us: 0116 202 9953.

Once we hear from you, we'll set up a quick call to understand your brief properly, no lengthy questionnaires, no sales pitch.

We typically respond within two hours on working days.

Questions we get asked alot:

No — and honestly, the work we do with first-timers is often the most rewarding. Senior leaders, technical experts, founders who've never spoken on a main stage. We meet them where they are, rather than expecting them to already be halfway through some "presenter journey."

Less than most people think. A 10-minute keynote can usually be coached well in two or three sessions plus a rehearsal. Bigger projects — a 45-minute talk, a panel host, a multi-day off-site — need more. We'll be honest on the call about what's realistic.

Sometimes. The reluctant ones often turn into the best speakers because they're not trying to "perform" — but only if they trust the process. We'll usually have a no-stakes intro call first to see if it's going to work.

Both. In-person works best for stage rehearsals and last-minute confidence work. Video calls are fine for early sessions, script work and feedback rounds. Most projects mix the two.

Yes. Camera is a different skill — quieter, smaller, more intimate. We coach for both, and we know which techniques translate and which absolutely don't.

What We Do.

Everything we do sits across three things: the creative that shapes the story, the content and stagecraft that makes it run, and the studios we make it all in. Some clients need one. Most need all three. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
