DESIGNED, BUILT AND DELIVERED BY US.
Event design isn't a single job handed to a single person. It's creative direction, technical design, build and AV working in the same sentence. We handle all of it in the same building, which means fewer handovers, fewer surprises, and a design that actually survives contact with the live event.
EVERY CHOICE ON STAGE HAS A REASON.
Screen height, colour of the drape, size of the signage at the doors, width of the aisle, pitch of the seating. Nothing lands on the page by accident, because every one of them is doing work for you.
The difference between a good event and a great one is rarely one big thing. It's a hundred small choices made in the same direction, the kind of design decisions the audience never notices, because they're busy noticing the speaker.
The audience won't clock the detail consciously. But they feel it. A room that's been considered feels calm. A room that hasn't feels busy, even when it's empty.
Here's what it looks like when a design project actually goes properly.

THINKING
Where the design starts.
Brief and intent. What it needs to do, not look like.
Audience first. Who they are, what they leave thinking.
Creative direction. A single idea the whole event hangs off.
Mood and reference. Pinned down before we design.
Shape of the day. Running order first, everything else after.

DESIGNING
Idea into a room you can walk into.
Spatial design. Stage, screens, seating, sightlines.
Set and scenery. Serves the content, doesn't compete.
Branding and environment. Arrival Signage & wayfinding.
Screen & stage. Graphics made with the content.
Break-outs and quiet bits. The bits most agencies skim.

DELIVERING
In the room with you.
Technical design. Drawings, load plans, AV specs.
Build sequencing. Install plans the crew can work to.
On-site quality checks. We walk it before the audience does.
Live changes. Fixed fast, because we drew them first.
Calm communication. Especially when the brief shifts.
WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.
We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here are a few of the projects we've loved making.

QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT.
Ideally at the same time as the venue. The earlier we're involved, the more the design can actually shape the event rather than just decorate it. That said, we've come in at every stage — including "the event is in three weeks and we need help" — and still made it work.
Either. If you've got a clear brief, we'll design against it. If you want us to develop the concept from scratch, we can start at the idea stage and take it all the way through. Most projects sit somewhere in the middle — and that's usually where the best work happens.
Both. Design and build happen in the same conversation, which means what shows up on site is what we drew — not a best-effort interpretation by a third party. Our build, AV and stage teams are in the same building, so the handover is more like a walk down the corridor.
Of course. That's most of our work. We'll read the guidelines properly, then design something that feels like your brand in a live environment — which often means interpreting the guidelines rather than copy-pasting them onto a stage.
It varies. A single stage set for a one-day conference sits differently to a full venue takeover with arrival content, breakout design and stage build. Book a discovery call and we'll give you a rough range based on what you're trying to do — before anyone commits to anything.
What We Do.
Everything we do sits across three things: the creative that shapes the story, the content and stagecraft that makes it run, and the studios we make it all in. Some clients need one. Most need all three. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
