DESIGNED, ANIMATED AND RENDERED BY US.
Motion is where most brand work comes apart. A static design that looked sharp on a screenshot starts wobbling the second it moves, the timing feels off, the brand feels off, the whole thing reads "templated." We design the motion with the brand, not after it, so the movement feels like a natural extension of the identity rather than a plugin pretending to be one.
GOOD MOTION SHOULD LOOK LIKE IT HAD TO MOVE.
There's a quick test for motion graphics. Watch the piece with the sound off. If the movement still carries the idea, it's doing its job. If the piece relies on music and voiceover to paper over stiff, generic animation, it's not.
The difference isn't budget or software. It's whether someone actually thought about why each element moves, what the eye should follow, where it should rest, how the timing lands against the beat of the story. That's motion that earns its place on screen, instead of just filling it.
Movement should carry the idea forward, not dress it up. Good motion has rhythm, weight and intent. It knows when to move, when to hold, and when to get out of the way.
Here's how a motion project usually comes together.

DIRECTION
Working out what the motion actually needs to do.
Purpose first. What it's solving, what it's supporting.
Reference and tone. Pinned down before any animation.
Style frames. Key moments shown as stills.
Sound in mind. Motion designed with music and VO.
Delivery context. Stage screen, social, broadcast.

ANIMATING
Making it move with intent.
Timing and pacing. Every second earning its keep.
Easing and weight. Movement that feels physical.
On-brand motion. The brand's feel, in motion.
Clean transitions. Between scenes, screens and ideas.
Stage-safe design. Readable from the back row.

DELIVERING
Files that work wherever they land.
Multi-format output. 16:9, 9:16, square, stage aspect ratios.
Editable masters. For the updates you'll make yourself.
Codec and compression. Set for the actual playback.
Backups & fallbacks. For when the show doesn't go to plan.
Revisions. Built into the schedule from day one.
WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.
We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here are a few of the projects we've loved making.

Rather email? studios@premier-ltd.com. Or just ring us: 0116 202 9953.
Once we hear from you, we'll set up a quick call to understand your brief properly, no lengthy questionnaires, no sales pitch.
We typically respond within two hours on working days.
QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT.
Both. If you've got a brand we can bring into motion, we'll work out how it should move — what the logo does, how type appears, how transitions feel. If you don't, we can design the identity and the motion together, which usually makes for stronger work.
Either way round. Motion designed to an existing track tends to feel sharper because we can cut to the beat. If the audio is still being written, we'll animate to a scratch track and tighten up once the final comes in.
A 15-second title or sting from a clear brief can be a few days. A two-minute main-stage piece with custom identity, sound design and revisions is a couple of weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the call — not the one you want to hear.
Yes. Conference LED walls, ultrawide screens, multi-screen setups — we design for the actual screen, not the standard frame. If you can send us dimensions and pixel specs, we'll build around them.
Yes. Tell us what's running the playback — a show computer, a media server, a CMS, TikTok — and we'll deliver in the right codec, compression and format. No receiving a 4GB ProRes when you needed an MP4.
What We Do.
Everything we do sits across three things: the creative that shapes the story, the content and stagecraft that makes it run, and the studios we make it all in. Some clients need one. Most need all three. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
FOLLOW ALONG.
A look at what we're making, how we're making it, and the occasional thing that nearly didn't work. You'll find behind-the-scenes cuts, new projects going up, and the odd bit of studio life that probably wouldn't survive a client meeting. Straight from our Instagram, live on the page.
