ORGANISED, VERSION-CONTROLLED, ALWAYS READY.

  • Script and deck version control
  • Rehearsal content and speaker notes
  • Show content and on-screen graphics
  • Final file preparation and ingest

Most events lose hours, sometimes days, to content chaos. The wrong deck on the wrong screen. The script the speaker rewrote at 11pm that nobody updated. Three versions of the same video, all named "FINAL." We do the unglamorous bit, keeping every piece of content tracked, named, versioned and ready, so the show team isn't firefighting at the moment it matters most.

Why Us

THE BEST CONTENT MANAGER IS THE ONE YOU NEVER HEAR FROM.

If content management is going well, you don't notice it. The right file is on the right screen, the speaker has the latest deck, the rehearsal versions are clearly labelled, and the show team isn't asking three different people which video is the actual cut.

If it's going badly, the whole show feels it. Cues miss because the slide hadn't been updated. A speaker freezes because they've got version 4 and the autocue's on version 6. The wrong logo flashes up on the main screen because nobody knew there was a sponsor change yesterday.

We run content management as a quiet, organised function — not a heroic one. No drama, no last-minute scrambles, no apologetic emails after the event. Just files where they're supposed to be, when they're supposed to be there.

Here's how content management usually works on an event.

TRACKING

Knowing what content exists, and which version is correct.

Master content list. Every asset, named and versioned.

Single source of truth. One folder, not five.

Version control. Latest version, clearly marked.

Naming conventions. So nothing gets confused.

Approvals logged. Who signed off, when.

ALIGNING

Making sure everyone's working off the same files.

Script and deck sync. Words match what's on screen.

Speaker notes updated. Latest, not last week's.

Branding and environment. Arrival Signage & wayfinding.

Show team briefed. Cues, runs and changes flagged.

Late changes captured. And properly redistributed.

DELIVERING

Right file, right screen, right second.

Final ingest. Files loaded and tested before doors open.

Backups in place. A second copy of everything that matters.

On-the-day changes. Handled without breaking the show.

Post-event handover. Final versions back to you, tidy.

Calm comms. With showcallers, AV, speakers & clients.

WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.

We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here are a few of the projects we've loved making.

Some of our FAQs:

Tracking and version-controlling every piece of content for an event — scripts, decks, videos, rehearsal files, on-screen graphics, sponsor changes, the lot. We make sure the right version is in the right place at the right time, and that the show team and speakers are working off the same files.

Often, yes. Internal teams know your brand and content brilliantly, but most aren't set up for the pace of last-minute changes during rehearsals and on show day. We sit in alongside them, take care of the file management and version control, and let your team focus on the content itself.

Earlier than most people think. Ideally as soon as scripts and decks start being drafted — that's when version chaos begins. Coming in for just rehearsals or show week is possible, but you spend the first day cleaning up other people's filing.

That's the actual job. Most events have late changes — a sponsor swap, a leadership change, a reordered run sheet. We're set up for it. Calm, fast, and properly distributed so everyone who needs the new version has it.

Yes — and we plan to. Content management only works when the show team trusts the file you're handing them. We brief showcallers on what's changed, work directly with AV on the ingest, and stay in comms on the day.

What We Do.

Everything we do sits across three things: the creative that shapes the story, the content and stagecraft that makes it run, and the studios we make it all in. Some clients need one. Most need all three. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
