SHAPED BY US. RUN BY YOU.
Most sessions get planned the wrong way round. Someone fills a 45-minute slot, decides the topic, finds a speaker, and only then thinks about what the audience is supposed to get out of it. We work the other way, start with what the audience needs to walk out with, then build the session that gets them there. Different shape. Different result.
A SESSION IS A SHAPE, NOT A SLOT.
Every session has a shape. A way it builds, where the energy peaks, when it lets the audience breathe, when it asks them to lean in. Done well, the audience feels carried through it. Done badly, the room gets restless around minute eighteen and never quite recovers.
The difference isn't the topic or the speaker. It's how the session has been built. What gets opened up early, what gets paid off later, when the slides shut up and let the speaker actually speak. The structural choices nobody in the audience consciously notices, but everyone feels.
We design sessions like writers design stories. Beginning, middle, end. Tension, release, payoff. A reason for every minute, and a reason every minute is in the order it's in.
Here's how a session usually comes together.

SHAPING
Working out what the session is actually for.
Audience outcome. What they walk out thinking.
Session purpose. Inform, inspire, decide, debate.
Speaker fit. Right person for the shape of the talk.
Time honestly assessed. How long it really needs.
Reference and tone. Pinned down before structure starts.

BUILDING
Designing the arc, scene by scene.
Opening hook. What earns their attention in 60 seconds.
Beats and pacing. Where the energy rises and falls.
Story over slides. Words first, visuals second
Audience moments. When they're invited in.

REHEARSING
Making sure it actually works in the room.
Read-throughs. With the speaker, not at them.
Tightening on the page. Cutting before stage time.
Tech and run-through. With cues, content and timing.
Notes that help. Specific, kind, useable.
Last-minute changes. Built in, not panicked over.
WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.
We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here are a few of the projects we've loved making.

Questions we get asked alot:
Both, depending on what's needed. Some speakers come with a clear point of view and just need help shaping it into a session. Others want us to develop the content with them from scratch. We adapt to what's there, rather than forcing every project into the same process.
Both. A lot of our work is with internal leaders who don't speak on stage often — CEOs, technical experts, first-time keynoters. We build the session around them, not around what we wish they were.
Earlier is better. A session you've been shaping for six weeks lands differently to one that's been pulled together in the last two. That said, we've come in late and made it work — it just costs more rehearsal time at the end.
Yes. Often that's where the session actually gets finished. We're in the room for tech rehearsals, dress runs and last calls — making notes, suggesting trims, helping the speaker land the bits that are still loose.
Both. Internal town halls, leadership offsites, sales kickoffs, board updates — anywhere a session needs to land properly with a real audience, we can help shape it.
What We Do.
Everything we do sits across three things: the creative that shapes the story, the content and stagecraft that makes it run, and the studios we make it all in. Some clients need one. Most need all three. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
