SHOT, EDITED AND DELIVERED BY US.

  • Event and conference photography
  • Brand shoots and campaign imagery
  • Portraits and leadership headshots
  • Product, interior and location stills

A good photographer at an event is the one you don't notice. No flash in people's faces, no nudging them into awkward group shots, no disappearing for two hours when the main stage talk starts. Just the right person in the right place at the right moment, and a set of edited images in your inbox shortly after, not three weeks later.

Why Us

THE BEST SHOT IS THE ONE NOBODY NOTICED YOU TAKING.

Event photography has a tell. You can spot the good photographers because you barely remember them being there, and yet somehow they got every moment that mattered, the speaker mid-flow, the delegate laughing at the right punchline, the quiet handshake off to the side of the room.

The bad ones you remember too well. Because they were in the way, asking people to pose, missing the moment you actually wanted on camera because they were setting up for the one they thought you wanted.

We default to quiet. Moving with the energy of the room instead of against it. Knowing when to lean in, when to hold back, and when to put the camera down altogether because the moment isn't one to photograph.

Here's how a photography project usually comes together.

PREP

Knowing what to get, before we turn up.

Shot list first. The must-haves, not the nice-to-haves.

Run order. Key moments flagged before the day.

Venue recce. Lighting, flow, background checks.

Kit to match. Bodies, lenses, lighting for the conditions.

Brief-aligned. What the images are actually for.

SHOOTING

In the room, out of the way.

Natural light first. Flash only when it's right for the story.

Multiple angles. The shot you asked for.

Coverage of the room. Stage, audience, break-outs, details.

Branded moments. Logos, signage, sponsor placements.

Candid over posed. People caught being themselves.

DELIVERING

Edited images, fast, in the formats you need.

Fast turnaround. Key shots within 24 hours where needed.

Edited, not just exported. Colour, crop, clean-up.

Multi-format output. High-res, web, social-ready.

Properly tagged. So you can actually find them later.

Usage rights clear. No surprises on where they can run.

WORK WE'RE PROUD OF.

We work with teams who care about how their message lands, and how their audience feels in the room. The brief might be a 15-hour global livestream, a four-day multi-market programme, or a monthly store visit with a camera and a 48-hour turnaround. Different rooms, different pressures, same obsession with getting it right. Here are a few of the projects we've loved making.

We typically respond within two hours on working days.

QUESTIONS WE GET A LOT.

Depends on the shoot. Hero shots from an event — a standout keynote moment or sponsor activation — can be in your inbox the same night or first thing the next morning. Full edited sets from a full day usually land within 3–5 working days. If you need it faster, say so on the call and we'll work out a schedule that actually works.

We do — but usually as a separate brief. Trying to cover video and stills with one person means one or both comes out weaker. If you need both, we'll send two people who know how to work around each other without getting in each other's shots.

Yes, for the intended use. We'll agree usage at the start — internal only, website, social, press, advertising — and price accordingly. If you need to expand usage later, that's a conversation, not a problem.

Yes. Individual portraits, leadership team shoots, studio headshots, location portraits — all part of what we do. We've got a dedicated studio space set up for it, so a half-day shoot for a leadership team is usually very easy to organise.

Yes. Offices, factories, retail, in-store, on set, outdoors — we travel with the right kit and crew for the job. A lot of our work is on-location rather than at our studios.

What We Do.

Everything we do sits across three things: the creative that shapes the story, the content and stagecraft that makes it run, and the studios we make it all in. Some clients need one. Most need all three. Whatever the mix, the aim is the same, work that lands properly when the lights go up.
